International Yoga Day 2020: Yoga from Home

Yoga is an ancient physical, mental & spiritual meditation being practiced all over the world. World Yoga Day is celebrated internationally on June 21st with a unique theme. 

Philosophers comment that our body exists in the past and mind exists in the future. Yoga combines them in the present and possesses confidence through our lifelong journey.

In this crisis of COVID-19, Yoga approaches a holistic way of boosting our immunity and curing respiratory organs. The theme for International Yoga Day 2020 is ‘Yoga at Home- Yoga with Family’. The theme highlights that yoga is a powerful tool to deal with the stress of uncertainty & isolation and helps sustain self-control.
